Circulator issues

Ive noticed the circulator arrival times have become increasing unreliable. Either no data is available (probably not the apps fault so Im complaining to them directly as well) or the data is off by a few minutes. Ive had several occasions where a bus I could have caught was not listed and of course vice versa. In the beginning this app seemed to be dead on. What happened?
