As a frequent visitor to DC, I loaded this to my iphone4. It does all it advertises, and the service is excellent. I had an initial problem because the
app was not able to find my current location. I did the "about"button on the app, stated my problem and got a solution back within 15 minutes. ( I had not turned the app on in Settings--General). That was real personal service, fast. Locations and directions to the metro AND from the metro to your destination are accurate as are the train arrival times. Well worth the money!
